The Senior Program Manager – New Product Introduction will lead high-impact global product launches. The role combines strategic program management, project leadership, and operational execution, requiring a detail-oriented and proactive professional. You will drive seamless execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring every launch meets quality, budget, and timeline requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the overall project manager for all New Product Innovation (NPIs), overseeing the product innovation, end-to-end execution of new product projects, from concept to in-market launch.

  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication in cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product management, engineering, supply chain, marketing, and sales.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time.

  • Plan and track resources for all NPI projects, ensuring optimal execution with effective allocation of available resources.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, establishing contingency plans to safeguard timelines and outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related (MBA preferred) with 10+ years of experience in product marketing, project management, or related.

  • Proven success in managing cross-functional product introductions from inception to completion, with a strong understanding of product development and go-to-market strategies (B2B and B2C).

  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in digital marketing, storytelling, and strategy execution.

  • Leadership, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, the ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
